LATE PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Rent is due:
The 1st of each month. The last day of the grace period is
the 5th of the month.

of the month- LATE RENT & Service Fee- $40
13th
of the month- Service fee $10
20th
of the month- Service fee $10
*If rent is
not paid by the end of the month then resident will be evicted and will still
have to pay the late fees.
**If you have
financial aid, bring us proof of it and your rent will not be due until the
first week of school. You must choose a semester or year payment plan.
